You retain ownership of the product images and data you upload. By uploading content, you grant Nimora a limited license to process it for providing the service (e.g., background removal, enhancement, generation of scenes).
AI-generated outputs may vary. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before using them commercially. Nimora does not guarantee that generated images will be error-free or perfectly accurate representations.
Paid plans are billed in advance. Taxes may apply depending on your location. Payment processing may be handled by third-party providers.
We may suspend or terminate access to the service if you violate these terms or if required by law.
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nimora disclaims all warranties, express or implied.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nimora will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data.
